‘Guidance and expertise’
When I first met Phil, I had already found a fitter for my new bathroom, but I had been stuck, I just couldn't find the look I wanted. I only went into the showroom to get yet another catalogue to hopefully inspire me. However, Phil impressed me so much with his advice, guidance and expertise and I soon found exactly what I'd been looking for and more. So we changed to Chelsea Kitchens and Bathrooms and I have been delighted ever since.
The quality of workmanship is excellent and the tradesmen that have been to the house have all been very skilled in their work, so professional and extremely polite. We are so impressed with our new bathroom that we've got our downstairs cloakroom booked in for a revamp in the new year. I can't wait. Thank you to simply everyone within the company that has played a part in getting my new bathroom installed. We couldn't be more thrilled! Will recommend you without hesitation to anyone who wants a quality bathroom, a fabulous experience and lovely people to work with. It's been a pleasure!
‘Efficiency and care’
I'd just like to say how good "Chelsea Kitchens and Bathrooms" are, we have just had our kitchen remodelled and they were superb, nothing was too much trouble and they took care to get it right first time. All the team (and they worked as a team) were so efficient and they took great care, thinking of our needs as it went along.
I'm a bit of a "grumpy old man (bit???) so it was a real treat not to have to moan about any of the work. I can't recommend them enough, so thanks Phil , Stuart, Nathan, Rob, Shaun, Dan, Aaron, John and Andy.

‘Project management and installation was first class’
We've just had 2 bathrooms done by Chelsea Kitchens and Bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. The whole service from start to finish including site visit, planning in shop, project management and installation was first class and every member of staff was very helpful and friendly.
The work was carried out to the highest standard and in a very clean and tidy fashion with minimum disruption to our daily business. We look forward to using them again soon and can't recommend them highly enough.

‘Competitively priced’
Thanks to the guys from Chelsea Kitchens and Bathrooms, and all the other trades they sourced and project managed, we have a fabulous new open plan kitchen living/diner and utility room! Ours was an awkwardly shaped space with lots of challenges and they did a brilliant job! The finish and attention to detail is excellent and they were competitively priced.
They were all lovely people too, which is massively important as the job took several weeks! We love our new kitchen!
'I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure’
A fantastic transformation of a serviceable but dated 1990’s installed bathroom into a modern luxury spa-like room. The shower and fan are whisper quiet, unlike the original combination that sounded like a helicopter landing on the roof!
A superb service from start to finish. Valuable advice on best products and budgeting (trimming the spending a bit here to add a bit there) meant I was able to have the look I desired.
The project was meticulously planned and timescales accurate despite uncovering some unexpected and unorthodox methods used during previous refurbishments carried out since the house was built in 1964. Some areas needed extra work/repairs and the charge for this was minimal.
Despite the natural disruption involved in rebuilding the bathroom I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to have the team work (very hard with good humour) in my home. The attention to detail is second to none and greatly appreciated.
